How is monthly pricing structured?

Monthly rate is per user, including all managed IT services and enterprise hardware. No extra fees.

What hardware comes with each plan?

Each user receives a business-grade device, monitor, docking station, and accessories. Hardware is refreshed every 36 months.

Can I change my plan later?

Plans can be adjusted anytime. Changes apply to the next billing cycle.

Is there a minimum user count?

A minimum of 5 users per account is required. Larger teams can scale as needed.

How do I cancel service?

Cancel with 30 days’ notice. All hardware must be returned at service end.

Which payment options are available?

ACH, wire transfer, and major credit cards accepted. Invoicing is monthly.
